Montgomery County High School Mock Trial

The Kentucky High School Mock Trial Tournament (KHSMT) is recognized as one of the best law-related education programs in the state.  Eastern Kentucky University will once again host the 2015 KHSMT on March 6-8, 2015, in Richmond and Lexington. 

Last year, Montgomery County High School won its fourth consecutive Kentucky High School Mock Trial Championship and 13th overall, defeating Highlands High School in the championship round.  This year's champion will represent Kentucky at the National High School Mock Trial Championship in Raleigh, North Carolina, on May 14-16, 2015.

The tournament registration form (PDF) is also now available. The registration form and accompanying fee ($250 per team) must be received no later than December 10, 2014.  Further details are included in the downloadable form.

A minor update to the Rules of Competition will be made available on this site during the month of November.
